Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable split payment deposit or the total retreat cost is required to secure your spot
  • Full payment is due 90 days prior to retreat start date
  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Prices are subject to change until deposit is received

2. Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage

3. Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances:
    • You will receive a full refund of payments made directly to us, less transaction fees of 3%
    • We are not responsible for any travel-related expenses or losses incurred
    • We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics)

4. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all retreat participants
  • Insurance must cover:
    • Trip cancellation/interruption
    • Emergency medical expenses and evacuation
    • Lost/delayed baggage

5. Liability Waiver

  • Participants must sign a liability waiver before retreat commencement
  • You acknowledge that you are participating in retreat activities at your own risk
  • You are responsible for any injury or damage resulting from retreat activities

6. Health and Safety

  • Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or dietary restrictions
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe your health or safety is at risk
  • You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the retreat

7. Retreat Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify the program, schedule, or accommodations if necessary
  • No refunds will be issued for modifications made to ensure group safety or due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Code of Conduct

  • Participants agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
  • We reserve the right to terminate participation without refund for disruptive behavior
  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. We do not allow cannabis due to the smell. If you break this rule, you may have to pay a $250 fee plus costs for cleaning or replacing items.

9. Media Release

  • Photos and videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes
  • Participants may opt out of media release in writing before retreat start

10. Transfer Policy

  • Transfer of your retreat booking to another person can be considered on case by case basis
  • Transfer to another retreat date is not permitted

11. Communication

  • All notifications regarding the retreat will be sent to your provided email address
  • You are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information

Agreement

By making a deposit or payment for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions by Anayat Eldaly Wellness LLC.

  • Indoor shared "slumber party style" sleeping arrangement in open area event space (shared with approx 10 women)
  • BYO sleeping bag, air mattress, sleeping essentials, etc
  •  Access to shared indoor bathroom + shower
